The building has been leased to<fipWRAP> Harley Dental Clinics Limited on a 21 year lease at an initial rent of £272,000<fipWRAP> per annum subject to three yearly RPI based reviews.</fipP> <fipP><fipBR> </fipP> <fipP>The Centre contains 12 dental suites, three hygienist rooms, training<fipWRAP> facilities and a dental laboratory and will provide a wide range of dental<fipWRAP> services for both NHS and private patients.
